Book of Remembrance

Hospital Chapel, Fourth Floor
We have in the hospital chapel a special Book of Remembrance in which are recorded all the names of babies and children who have died at Kingston Hospital.

The names are entered in the book in calligraphy typeface, and the front cover has a beautiful, hand-painted picture of birds, flowers and butterflies.

The book is contained within a glass case, which is locked, and the pages are turned every day. Parents can come up to the chapel on the day they wish to be remembered.

Thank you on behalf of all the parents like myself who have names in this book.
